Ocean Side Ocean Village Condo

Location, close to everything we needed. Beach is short walk. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access from main hwy. Good layout, doors for separation when needed. No neighbors in backyard made balcony quite. A window in every room. Hot water quickly in bathroom. Lots to choose from on TV.

Didn't realize 3 flights of stairs when we booked. Had to call cleaning service when we arrived to let them know the floors had not been swept, dog hair EVERYWHERE. She did offer to send someone over to vacuum. Washed towels where left in washer, didn't realize til we got ready to do laundry 5 days later, then smelled, so I had to rewash. Seems cleaning service needs to be reevaluated.

Everything perfect

The property was clean and everything you would need. My daughter and I were on a quick getaway weekend and location was great for us. It is not right in the beach so you do have to drive to other end of the complex to access the beach. The pool was warm and clean. The property owners are excellent with communicating!

The way it is advertised, it reads as if the beach is a short distance (behind building) but it is a longer walk through parking lots & the property is a 3 story climb (elevators????) our only complaint because this created a challenge for someone with physical challenges. I did not know these things ahead of time.

Location was good, beach access was disappointing,not close,long truck on foot with beach chairs,, Could have used more instruction on kiosk use. No book or direction on site. (we got some help from a neighbor)) The neighbors were all very friendly. All in all it was a great stay and we would go again.
