Ocean Side Ocean Village Condo

It was clean and nice

The description said ocean front and I thought that meant the condo was closer to the ocean than it was so a lil disappointed by that but other than that it was great

I loved how immaculate this condo was. It also had a concierge device on the wall as you walked in the door. You could look up local restaurants and see how close they were to the condo itself. The condo was only about a 15-minute drive to downtown St. Augustine which was very convenient. I spent two days exploring downtown. It was a wonderful experience just to walk anywhere I wanted without having to drive anywhere within the city. Communication between the condo owner and myself was excellent. She answered every question that I had.

I don't have very good night vision so once in the complex it was difficult to find the building where my condo was. The letters on the buildings were difficult to see at night. The complex itself is the furthest from the beach. However, I just drove my car to one of the closer complexes and parked in that area and then walked the short path to the boardwalk and Beach access.

Up 3 flights of stairs. Mattress not comfortable, no coffee filters for maker!

Balcony fairly clean inside

The exterior upkeep building needs to be pressure washed. Every time we left the room we had to knock down spider webs

It was very nice, great location and very quiet
