Perfect ! Rooms are very spacious with view in mountains. Toilets within the room so okay. And the onsen was very nice. Breakfast amazing for the price. Staff exactly what we wanted here for us whenever we needed but not too present. Tatami super confortable

It was very cute, clean, and comfortable. They were so kind and dropped us off at our next hotel the morning we left.

There are a lot of stairs which made it challenging with lots of luggage.

The location was perfect and the staff was extremely gracious and kind. They helped me out whenever I needed it. I would stay again at Shiraumo So next time I go to Hakuba.

Gute Location, Ryokan mit Aussicht, gemütliche Foutons zum schlafen, hauseigener Onsenbereich, sehr sauber, geräuscharm, freundliches Personal und grosses super leckeres Frühstück! Würde ich sofort wieder buchen!
