Kuching City Center Riverbank Suites With Marvelous River View

The view is indeed Marvelous! Loved seeing it at all different times of the day. Loved being able to walk along the waterfront path to the main area. The apartment was spotless and equipped with everything you could need. The host was wonderful- with excellent communication. I would definitely recommend this for your stay!

Location and comfy

Spacious two-bed, two-bath apartment. We didn't use the second bedroom. Nice building (a little retro): clean premises, multiple lifts, convenience store at ground level, bang on the riverfront, and great views - especially at sunset. Very well located: walking distance from most places you'd want to visit. Small but functional kitchen. Effective ACs and water heaters. Self check in and out. Prompt and helpful host. Would stay here again.

Living room cane furniture is quite basic.

- AC issues on day 1. But was resolved by nice owner. (Make sure to communicate everything with the owner, very helpful.)

Spacious apartment with a good view of the river and a pleasant walk along the promenade into Kuching. Very useful to have a washing machine and tumble drier, Nice pool on roof top which we were often the only ones using. Quirky bar in the building.

We were a little concerned when we arrived that there were posters in the lift and in the foyer saying homestay and airbnb rentals not allowed in the building but we weren't challenged during our 5 night stay. Decoration and furnishings quite old-fashioned but we felt the amount of space made up for it.
