Great location. Facing the waterfront. Plenty of places to eat near the apartment.

The neighbour next door is a bit messy outside the unit.

Central location right on the river and the boardwalk. Loads of space, which worked well for us as a family of 4.

This apartment is well located within walking distance to various heritage buildings and temples. The rooms have nice panoramic view of the Sarawak River n across the river. The apartment has spacious bedrooms, bathrooms n lounge n a small kitchen.

There are not enough power points in the apartment and they don't have universal jack point so make sure you bring your own. Not enough lights near the dresser mirrors and the power point is under the dresser, hard to get to n the hair dryer provided has very short lead, very challenging to use. There was no cleaning done during our 10 days stay, I would expect at least 1 cleaning in between.
