Our Villa was clean and comfortable. The staff provided excellent service. They were all genuinely kind and caring. The hotel food was delicious as well. We definitely recommend this hotel and the floating breakfast.

Perfect location if you want to be close to the beach and restaurants but not disturbed by the noise of a busy street with cafés and bars. It is a little oasis in Seminyak, North of Kuta. Walking, it is 2 minutes away from the beginning of the restaurants street and exactly 7 minutes away from the closest beach access! 2 types of villas to choose from, we took the biggest one "Royal Villa". All villas have their private pool and garden with sun beds and a covered 'day bed'. Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast choice (delivered in the villa at your chosen time). Very comfortable bed. Very clean: the villa was fully cleaned everyday (thank you Uda, very friendly and kind ;-) You can also book a private driver at the reception of the hotel if you want to make a tour on the island and visit other locations. We stayed 12 nights and were very sad to leave this oasis.

There is really nothing that we disliked in this lovely boutique hotel. But if I had to make one comment: for people who have back problems and cannot "go/sit low on the floor", be aware that the sofa in the living room and sun beds on the terrace are "Japanese-style", meaning 'tatami'-style so quite low on the ground which makes it less easy to get up for some people.

The pool area was lovely and the bed, although firm, it was comfortable.

I had a broken toilet. After a couple of days of it working to then not working, they finally put me in another room which was an upgrade. I did have to be quite firm about moving rooms. Breakfast was okay, but certainly nothing special. I love a dark room. My first room was very light at night but second room upgrade was better.
