The square meters compared to other studio's we rented before look considerable less, it was a rather small studio and the studio was in 3'th floor without elevator

This is an entire building with apartments. You get a random one. They advertise with harbour view but the harbour view from ours was only from the bathroom. We booked this apartment because we wanted to lay on the terrace/rooftop with the sunloungers (as advertised in the pictures). Guess what, you don't have access to it. Misleading. Our bedroom had windows to the side street but the windows are so bad (they don't keep any sound out) that you wake up everytime a car passes on the main street. Please change your windows! The apartment doors have the same problem and you ear it whenever someone closes the stairwell doors or presses the code (why do these devices always have to be so loud)! No real duvet, instead only a real thin cover. We got near to no rest.
