Based in an amazing location and excellent value for money.

Knob of shower switch is broken and fell off everytime you turn the shower on and off. Remotes for tv had dead batteries so couldn’t use that. Communal lift in foyer had an awful stench.

The apartment was spacious and clean overall.

Struggled to get into the main building itself. For some reason the code I put in was not being accepted. Tried calling the landlord but his phone was off. Messaged him aswell. Got no reply even the following day which is kind of dissapointing. Luckily someone else was going in to the building and he let me in to the main building. The shower was leaking throughout my stay, even though landlord had told me a plumber will fix it. No tea bags in kitchen. Too much noise coming from surroundings apartments, not too sure what was going on.

location is superb. really is the heart of Birmingham, perfect for shopping trip. Value for money.

The apartment was very noisy at night, but it's central in the city so most noise was from outside.

Location was great. Price was great. Instructions worked perfectly.

Stairs and hallway very grubby. Lift didn’t work

hate to say it because the guy was a decent guy! but i cant excuse the fact that this place needddsss ALOT of touchups. i had to turn on the oven & electric heater to warm up🤣.

Good location. Host was helpful trying to resolve the shower issue, but this meant we could not use the shower.

Previous guests were in the apartment when we arrived, this was very awkward and a security concern. The shower was broken and would not turn off. The host came and turned the shower off, but this meant we could not use it for our stay. There is a big hole in the side of the TV stand which looks like it has been damaged by someone punching it. The towel rail has been ripped off the wall. The fridge does not work. The heating does not work. The bed is uncomfortable. Overall lack of cleanliness. Exposed sockets on the wall. Sink in the bathroom would not drain.
