Host was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the snacks left for us. Well equipped and comfortable.

Bed was thin and not comfortable. Mattress needs to be upgraded.

We received a lovely welcome and the additional breakfast items were a really lovely touch. The accommodation though a little dated was clean and comfortable in a quiet location ideal for visiting family nearby.

The accommodation is part of a long building and has an office through a connecting door in the bedroom that was kept locked however the walls were very thin and we were woken on several occasions by someone entering the office and then leaving and letting the door slam behind them. The 4 dogs did tend to bark when we left or came back to the accommodation and this could be off putting for some people although we were not worried, we only worried that it disturbed the hosts.

Everything! The delightful host has thought about everything necessary for a perfect stay in a very quiet setting. There were so many extras too, milk, bread, eggs, juice and jam, crisps and biscuits, and more. Lovely bedding and soft fluffy towels. Excellent kitchenette, hot water and heating, and plenty of sockets and recycling.

The mattress was a bit lumpy, but we slept well on the second night.

Views and serenity were great. Great location and access to Belfast and the eastern coast of Northern Ireland.

Bathroom facilities are small and not ideal for tall people. No place to hang towels for drying.

Really good welcome pack - milk, tub of butter, eggs, breads, jam, nibbles, tea and coffee, fresh fruit, breakfast cereals, sugar, salt etc.. Basically, everything you could need. Kitchenette well equipped. Easy parking. Friendly and obliging hosts, good communication prior to arrival. Good, central location for the area. We'd be happy to stay here again.

Wonderful hosts, very friendly and welcoming. Provided us with plenty of food for breakfasts and easily reachable if needed. Easy to find and access property. Very good value for money and did the job providing a bed for a few nights. It was clean and parking was no problem. Good central heating and for February we were cosy with a nice thick duvet.

The toilet unfortunately was a bit blocked due to low water pressure with the pipes, and the shower was weak but lovely and hot. The decor is a bit dated but it may just be our taste. The last night of our stay we heard what sounded like mice in the walls and ceiling which was a bit unsettling, but it is a rural location and there wasn't any issues in the house. For a short stay it did the job for us and the hospitality was second to none.
