One Bedroom near Floreasca Park

Nice space in a convenient location. Very spacious. The bed and the facilities were confortable. Easy check in.

The apartment could have been cleaner. The kitchen had very basic appliances and kitchenware - not adapted for longer stays. The apartment doesn’t have a microwave.

A great modern apartment, very good location near Floreasca park, lots of resturants and amenities nearby, a quite and friendly apartment block and the neighbors were very friendly. The host and process was very professional and straight forward, enjoyed my stay, 8/10 many thanks.

The bathroom was a little cramped and short for space, I would recomend the host to move the washing machine into the kitchen or remove the built in wardrobe in the hallway and have the washing machine there instead. Also I wasn't really bothered as I'm not a big TV watcher, but i couldnt seem to get the TV to stay on for some reason.

Apartment location was good.

Communication with the host leads you to an automated service. The bathroom smelled really bad and I had to leave the window open during the entire stay. It was incredibly dirty and looked like it was cleaned with a broom as their was no vacuum. I had the building manager ring the doorbell nonstop at 1pm to get a meter reading. Not an issue however, I was up late for international meeting and this could have easily been scheduled through the booking.com app or a text. Had to unplug the water heater while using the washing machine because there was only a single outlet

the layout is nice and the girl I was in contact with is very nice

hygiene is not adequate. there were cockroaches, and a lack of superficial cleanliness was noted. the linens were not in order and the bathtub looked dated to unkempt ……. the apartment needs rodent control and general cleaning + linen renewal
