Location, cleanliness. We absolutely loved it. We are hoping to book it next year.

There was nothing we disliked.

Very clean, in a great location, and the new forest pony's walk past the gate.

Nothing not to like. Everything you could need was already in the holiday cottage.

Absolutely lovely place thoroughly enjoy our time away. Scenery is amazing

The silence, everything well equipped, great shower/bath, surroundings were fantastic. A range of great pubs in the area. Did I mention the silence? 😉

Beds were a bit small and too soft. Everything else perfect 👌🏻

A lovely quiet single-storey cottage, one of four around a courtyard. Convenient for exploring the New Forest. It included a very nice welcome pack. Plenty of utensils in the kitchen, a good dining table and chairs, quite nice beds. Working TV. The sofas were comfy too. The greatest bonus for some travellers is that all the accommodation is on one floor.

Directions to property could be much better, or failing that, an ability to contact the host around check-in time. People staying need to be aware that the accommodation is not Mill Lane Cottage or, once you've driven past the farm and round the corner, that the accommodation is not necessarily the first door you see. Check-in instructions sent on the day of travel is too late. The property could be improved for the person staying in the twin room with a more accessible mirror (e.g. on the back of a wardrobe door or at a sensible height in the bathroom). I'd also recommend a coffee table and an unbroken bottle shelf in the fridge. Although on one floor, travellers should note that the shower is over a bath and there are no grabrails for that or the toilet. The gate to the property would also be difficult for some to move (it needs lifting a bit). Also need to be careful of brambles around the bins when taking out rubbish.

All on one level, easy to park, wood burner, quite well equipped.
