HUThe staff is great. The pool is great. The playground is amazing. The gym is a nice touch as well as the coconuts. The place is really clean!
I don’t know if it’s this property or the subregion (Ungasan-Uluwatu) but it felt expensive vs other regions of Bali. Maybe it’s not the property really; they maybe just price in line with the market. I also told the owners too that the sinks are way too high especially for families with kids (and likely you have one if you pick a villa with playground), plus I was missing a mirror from the villa no 4. I think this place is best for families traveling together but not wanting to sleep under the same roof. You as a group rent the individual villas and bammmm you meet when you want to at the common areas. This is no criticism towards the staff or owners but I don’t feel like I would like to come back here even though everything was working well and everything is as per the pictures. It’s a weird feeling for me too; I don’t have answers why.
GBVery spacious with a dedicated workspace, kitchen/dining space as well as lounge sofa/tv area. Nice quiet location with everything you need and shops, restaurants and laundry close by. Good pool, gym and sauna area sufficient to maintain your fitness.
The entrance to Villa 4 is around the back and could be better lit when coming in at night but it’s not unsafe.

Foarte murdar!!!! Pânze de păianjen, lenjerii pătate, apă infiltrată în casă, miros de mucegai… nu au vrut să ne schimbe prosoapele! Chiar nu înțeleg de ce are recenzii atât de bune pentru ca arată horror! Poate celelalte vile sunt mai frumoase însă Vila 3 este horror!
RUExcellent villa with excellent location. There was everything for a comfortable stay. But separately, I want to highlight the availability of exercise equipment and a sauna next to the pool. It's just a great solution. The staff cleaned every day, which was very gratifying. The price-quality ratio is perfect.
Slightly outdated furniture. But this is overlapped by a very high price.

AULovely place with amazing garden area (hammock was a dream). The pool and sauna were great too. Also I was working remotely here and the WiFi was very very good. Great place!
DEThe villa was absolutely amazing! Very clean, well-organized, and super spacious – we felt comfortable right away. The facilities were a real highlight: gym, sauna, ice bath, and a beautiful pool – everything you need is there. The location is also perfect – quiet but still central. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful with anything we needed. Highly recommended!
There was a strange smell coming from the bathroom drain from time to time. Other than that, everything was great – I would definitely stay here again!
