AUBeautiful, clean and spacious villa in a lovely quiet location in Ungasan. Comfortable bed with quality linen. Huge lounge and dining area. Love the massive shared pool, garden and fitness area. There are 2 other villas but it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. There's a back fence leading to the pool that makes it feel private and safe for little kids. The surrounding area is currently being developed so there's still heaps of nature to enjoy. Walking distance to a laundromat, pharmacy and convenience store. There's a cafe nearby as well but I don't recommend it. Wifi and smart TV, aircons worked well. Hot and cold water in the shower takes a bit of playing around to get it to the temperature of our liking. Mozzie repellent plugged in the rooms. Excellent value for money for what you get. Highly recommend!
Nothing major, maybe just provide a bigger rubbish bin.
