Location was quite good Host was quick to get back to us

Bathroom everytime one of us got a shower the floor was soaking it was as if the bottom of shower frame had not been sealed to shower tray and to be fair tiles in shower area looked like needed a good scrub with bleach shower area just not the best and as for the balcony we did not use as it was a shared balcony and next door neighbours door is right next to that apartment door they had there door open so was a bit uncomfortable for any of us to walk out onto balcony plus even balcony needed work doing on it and view form balcony was basically of a grass area with bins and rubbish

The bedroom was very comfortable and we appreciated the mattress topper for the sofa bed in the living room. Huge TV was fun for a movie! The bathroom was a bit cramped but everything worked. The kitchen was also small but had most necessities. There was one tiny window in the kitchen that could not close but since the heating was very good, it wasn’t a big problem. There was no microwave but the dishwasher worked great.

Great location. Very close to touristy areas without being in the first parking zone. We were able to get a parking spot directly outside the door for about $30 for a full 24 hours. The best were comfortable, including a mattress pad for the pull out couch that our friend said made the couch very comfortable to sleep in. A fully stocked kitchen with the essentials to cook and eat at home.

The listing does mention that there is a washing machine, which we counted on having access to but were unable to locate.

The apartment was warm and clean, with some seasoning and cookwares to cook. The host responded quickly to our questions and tried to resolve them. It could be small for five people because we have to use a sofa bed, but other than that, it's a spacious enough hotel.

The drain in the shower booth gets clogged easily, then the water leaks out of the shower booth. Make sure to drain your hair well.

We had a fantastic stay for three nights while visiting the area. The location is perfect—just a 5-10 minutes walk to Reykjavik attractions (the church, rainbow street etc), local shops and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with a comfortable bed for me and family (5 of us). The owner (Mr Mustafa) did a great job, very attentive and helpful.

Good Location. The owner was friendly, provided clear instructions to get in easily, and was willing to let us check in early.

It’s more suitable for two people; with four of us, it felt a bit crowded. The bathroom drainage wasn’t ideal, and there was construction outside.
