Very poor performance experience: I felt misled regarding late checkout charges. At check-in, I requested and paid for a late checkout, which was confirmed by staff. However, I later received a WhatsApp message claiming a “mistake” was made and that I needed to pay the full daily rate instead. I initially accepted this and agreed to pay the difference based on my original room rate. Then they demanded additional payment, explaining that December rates are higher, resulting in a significantly larger charge than originally agreed upon. While I understand pricing can vary by date, this information should have been communicated upfront when I made the request at check-in. The progressive price increases after initial payment felt like a bait-and-switch tactic. Once you’re already checked in with limited options, there’s little you can do in these situations. I left feeling taken advantage of and would not recommend this property to others.

NGLocation of the Facility and the facility it self was top notch.
Agent who supposed to check me in was late and I had to wait for more than half an hour for them. Also, there were no toiletries provided though it was mentioned in the booking.
