We got moved to a different apartment which was not as nice as the building we had booked.

GBThe day before our check-in, we were informed that our room in Kass required maintenance and our booking was moved to Loxwood House. The room at Loxwood House was clean, and the kitchen having a washing machine and dryer was a nice addition. However, on the second day of our stay, the AC started leaking heavily and we found the dining table completely wet. It took management two days to resolve the issue, during which time we had no AC at all. This was unacceptable. Due to the inconvenience of not having AC, we were told that an airport drop-off could be arranged for us. However, the day before our departure, when we asked about this, we were told that they had no recollection of anyone offering this and that no drivers were available. This was very unpleasant and added unnecessary stress at the end of our stay.
