GHThe check in was delayed but as soon as my host mercy got there she made everything easy and smooth
GBIt was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable with nice cotton sheets. Some of the reception staff were vey helpful when I wasn’t able to make or take calls on my phone.
No kettle to make hot drinks. No black tea bags. No soap in the shower. Not possible to have a full shower without water going all over the bathroom. Not possible to use the bedside lights as plug socket not apparent. Breakfast was of a poor standard except for the coffee.

NGGBLiked the decor, and the location. Loved the cleanliness of my apartment 10/10 due to my house keeper Gloria who was extremely professional, took pride in her work and her quality of housekeeping was consistent and exceptional.
Day 1 moved to a different hotel due maintenance issues. When we finally got to our designated apartment a day later, we had no WiFi which took hours to resolve, and we were left in the lurch with no communication from our host Mercy. The lack of communication wasn’t great. Had to ask for a hand dryer which should be standard in accommodation. The safe wasn’t working, again took a while to resolve. The bed was not comfortable, corners of the bed would just sink in and you felt like you were going to fall through the bed. The bed itself felt uneven, high in middle so you felt like you would roll down from it. Bathroom sink leaked leaving pool of water in the cabinet underneath and on the floor when used.
