The location to the tower is ideal

The room was full of mould and damp, soft furnishings were damp to the touch. Toilet seat was broken and not attached we were advised this would be fixed and it wasn’t. Guests smoking cannabis, noise levels outside the property were loud.

Chocolates on arrival. Staff always somewhere close to be found,offering support when needed. Only thing that I could hear a noise in the night, was not sure what it was felt like something scurrying in the room , however the room in itself was clean. however could have been something else. Noise from next door room to us very lively at late hours. Location close to everything that we needed.

Noise sounded like something in our room, maybe it was just the seaguls outside though. Noise from the customers next room to us.
