Tower Central hotel Albert Road

Location was very good, room was clean and had all tea, coffee etc

Bed was small, window was open and had tissue stuck in it i assume to hold it together which made it very loud outside, didn't see a member of staff to welcome us had to go up a few doors to another hotel to collect keys for room

The location is great and the beds were comfortable.

There were no staff at all, assume because it is a quiet time of year. In fact the only I saw a member of staff (well I hope it was a member of staff) was when someone let themselves into our room at 7:15am in the morning on the day we were due to check out (we were all understandably still in bed!!) The hotel was dated, which of course is fine but it wasn’t very clean, which is not fine. It was cheap so I wasn’t expecting much but basic cleanliness and security should be a given.

Nothing the room light didnt work the heating didnt work and the one member of staff was not around at all

Got bit from the bed flea's and floor and walls had mould on them. The light switch to room was broken.

Room wasn't clean at all, dirt and stains everywhere

Adam bent over backwards to help us ty adam when we had issues regarding my mobility

The musty smell as you walk in the door. Had to go to another hotel to check in and out, needs a good clean. No window coverings. Smell from bathroom was so bad we had to go out and buy cleaning products. The fire alarm was not in use. People knocking on our door in the middle of the night the list goes on …
