Close to amenities and staff where friendly

The room we got was leaking few times from upstairs cleaners didn't change toilet rolls bedding or towels had to ask to get toilet roll and towels did change us rooms which was better so made the few days left even better than it was

The location was brilliant

Although the room was quite clean the actual hotel was unkempt. There was no member of staff on site and there was rubbish in the entrance, the hallway and filled black bin bags just left on one of the landings. The curtain in the bedroom was hanging on by x 2 curtain hooks.

Location, problem with water but got sorted within a few hours

Bed wasn't made when we arrived in the room, duvet was all screwed up in a heap. Curtain was hanging off curtain rail. Toilet seat was broken.

Location is excellent. Friendly greeting on arrival. Room was basic but clean and nice and quite at night.

No Wardrobe, curtain in bathroom hanging off. Single bed stained and springs sticking out in bed, but to be fair it was warm and suitable for some where to stay for the price.
