Absolutely immaculate apartment, everything was like new and very clean. Lots of space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers.

Grass in garden and pool area was long and untidy but did get cut on our last day.

Nicht ganz perfekt, ist der Campingplatz zwischen Apartments und See. Hier muss man mit Spielplatz Akustik und Glascontainer Geräuschen leben. Wir hatten Pech und drei Hunde vom Nachbarn bellten sehr nervig.

Modern apartment, beautiful views, great location and generally very quiet. Pool was large and pretty much empty the whole time we were there. Safe parking.

It’s not a three bedroom property as the attic room is not suitable for adults, and it is not private. Not possible to use the kitchen or living area whilst guests are asleep in attic room. Only one of the bikes were usable.

Spacious, with lovely large balcony and pool. Excellent facilities. Yulia was very helpful and informative.

Generally I liked everything, however I felt underneath the beds could’ve been cleaned better as found quite a bit of dust, but that is probably just me.

The air conditioning was a bit difficult to figure out

Great location, 5 mins walk from the lake (great quiet beach with shakes stand), about 20-30 mins walk from Peschiera center. 15-20 mins drive to Gardaland, Caneva waterpark, Sirmione and Desenzano. 30 mins drive to Verona. We were 5 people (3 children) in the ground floor and were concerned the sofa bed will not be comfortable enough for 2 kids, but it turned out to be just fine. Property is new, welcoming and lighted. Pool is new and beautiful, mild salty water. Although it is shared with a 9-10 apt complex, in practice we had it for ourselves or shared it with one more family at most. We considered much cheaper options, but the proximity to the lake and it being so new was probably worth it.

It is more funny than bothering - but writing it anyway: It felt like we were renting the apt to live there rather than as a few days vacation house: No soaps, coffee or sugar, not even for the first day. We had to go to the nearby supermarket to buy stuff the next day. No kids allowed at the pool between 1-3 PM, which is both understandable and fortunately fit our schedules, but again - not something you expect when you rent a house for vacation, and should have been explicitly mentioned in the house rules. Strict garbage disposable rules - we were fine with that and returned the apt tidy and clean, but again, the same approach that might not fit anyone.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet zwischen Sirmione und Peachiera. Gute Einkaufsmöglihkeiten in der Nähe und auch gute Restaurants in Gehdistanz.

Der Pool wurde während unserer Anwesenheit nie gereinigt. Das Problem war, dass Tauben das Becken zum Trinken verwendeten und dabei allerlei Unrat hinterliessen. Wir haben uns daran sehr gestört.
