The staff initially showed us one room but then shifted us to a completely different one just because we had booked through Booking.com at a lower price. When we requested to move to the room they had originally shown us, they asked for an additional charge. Their behavior was very unprofessional and disappointing. It was not our fault that we paid a discounted rate. To make things worse, they did not allow guests to go outside for a walk at night, which was strange and made us feel unnecessarily restricted. There was no water filter or drinking water facility, no kettle, and none of the basic amenities were provided. The room was in very poor condition—there was visible dirt on the bed and floor, and the bedsheet and pillow were dirty and unhygienic. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this property to anyone.
