The room was costly but not met with our expectations. The staff was rude.. The washroom dispenser was broken we complained about this but they were blaming us after check out..
ININBooking 1000 + gst but they charge 1400 per room . And they ask if you complaint so room are not available you search any where . And second is we booked rafting with hotel staff they change amount frequently 500 me booking ki 16 km ki and 800 mang rha h jab jane ka time hua .

INThe location was very remote and hard to find , we booked via booking.com but when we reached there the receptionist said that the hotel was full. Even though I said I called yesterday that we will be checking in by 4PM but he said that you would have called some other person and he is not here right now. He was making excuses like they have 4 hotels in Rishikesh and you could have booked somewhere else . Even though I had booking confirmation I didn’t get the room.
INService was nice and staff was good too.
