AUThe hotel took walkins even though the booking was confirmed and staff was extremely rude, There was no prior intimation from them and they exclaimed to be fully booked when we reached the property after the long travel of 9 hrs at 11 pm We were just 4 girls travelling and ended up finding a place till 12 pm. On top of it their staff exclaimed that instead of debating with us how about you go find a place for urself.

the location of the hotel is really bad. You have to walk almost 1/2km to get an auto. Either is fine.
INStaff very much unresponsive. No cleanliness. Geyser and few electric points were not working which took them a day to solve.
