The room was not clean upon arrival (the rug in the room was filthy), only a little water trickle coming out the bathroom sink tap. The hot water only lasted 5 minutes, so one person had to shower in the morning and the other in the evening. There was also hair in my bread omlet, which put me off eating anything else during our stay.

Except for the location everything was extremely bad at the hotel. The rooms were extremely small. The bathrooms were very small and dirty. Even the geysers were not working well. The rooms didn't have a dustbin. They had no extra double blanket to provide. It was a disgusting experience staying there. Zero ratings from us.

I was there in December. Be aware that Indians dont heat rooms, therefore rooms can be extremely cold at night and during the day.
INAfter booking the property 2 weeks in advance and also reconfirming one day before travel. Staff denied check-in saying they are already booked and I should have made advance payment when I never received any advance payment request from their side.When one day before travel I called them myself asking if any advance payment is required they confirmed that the booking is confirmed and they will share the advance request soon which I never received. Due to all this, I had to pay 1.25 times in another property due to an urgent requirement. Additionally, the staff is super non-friendly and don't have a damn how will you manage other booking in such short notice in a new city

NLThe overall location is ok but the area isn’t great. A lot of construction happened around and construction debris all on the approach road and the parking area.
The property was quite dirty. Especially the bathrooms. The ‘apartment’ wasn’t an apartment but just two rooms with a hall and quite a dirty rug in the hall. The ‘kitchen’ was quite terrible, dirty, filled with junk, probably hasn’t been used and cleaned in years. There was no soundproofing as described in the listing and the entrance wasn’t private.
