Clean and new - perfect for a short stay
We loved our short stay at the Kasa! Very clean, made it feel like a second home to us. We loved the fact that it’s super walkable too. The area is perfect so you can scooter into or out of the city if you don’t have a car rental.

I’ve never been fond of staying in an apartment for a temporary stay but I must say this property and Kasa set the tone for an amazing stay.

So blessed to find this place. Came for a convention. The train is right in front and only a 10 minute ride. If I come back to Charolette I will definitely stay at Kasa
Very nice place, had everything we needed. I wish we were closer to the pool to use, but it was way to far from our unit. Construction across the street was early and loud. But otherwise a nice place.
Very clean, convenient location to Bank of America stadium.
The beds were comfortable. It felt safe and check in was a breeze. It could have been cleaner. Dust and hair on the floor. Dog hair all over the only blanket in the place. All dishes had to be washed before use. Faulty lamp in the living room. And a lot of light bulbs were burnt out.
