This property was honestly awesome, me and my boyfriend will be back. we’re considering moving to Charlotte and this was the best place to book to be close to everything. its not too crowded, was always somewhere to park, the train is right across the street (i love trains) our favorite thing was walking to the optimist hall where all the food selections were. we enjoyed ourselves and we will continue to come back to this apartment until we made a decision if we want to move here.
There was no crib for my son as discussed prior to check in. Thankfully Property manager brought it in after a couple of hours but no crib sheets. Apartment is very nice and modern but the noise from the busy road traffic at night was unbearable. Motorcycles, people raving engines it was a nightmare. Plus the uncomfortable soft mattress made this experience even worse. Also everything was clean besides the floors.

Once one gets through the complicated directions to gain access to the unit, it is minimally but professionally appointed. Cleanliness A+. At time of stay, Kasa has two Charlotte properties: one has a high nightly parking fee, the other does not. If you didn't read all of the fine print, the parking fee accumulation at check-in will make you gasp. Once we checked-in, we were notified of "exposed nails in the rug," but not before we punctured our feet. We ran the dishwasher twice, the second time it flooded the floor. At this property hanging just inside the door are 4 items: 2 building key fobs, 1 garage remote, and a 4" laminated paper parking pass to hang on the rearview mirror. If you fail to return ANY of these items, you will be charged a hefty 3 digit fee. At check-out I made the mistake of not returning the 4" parking pass; it was left hanging in the rental car. I was charged the fee that is nearly double the nightly rate. Yes, double for this unnumbered, non-electronic laminated paper. Positively: Our unit had excellent cleaners and nice furniture. Kasa customer service is timely in responses with absolutely no flexibility.

Nicely appointed corporate apartment. Immaculately clean. Safe property and relatively quiet. TV sound didn't work but no other problems encountered. Would stay here again, close proximity to downtown Charlotte
There was not a person to communicate with. The name of the company Kasa is not the name of the apartment complex It was difficult to find initially due to looking for the name Kasa. Thay was not communicated to us. Parking system with the pass and tag for your car. Too many steps for check in and check out. I left the paper tag parking pass on the mirror in my rental car accidentally and will now be charged $50 for not returning it. It is a literal piece of paper.

Beautiful property. Room was immaculate and the bed was so comfortable. No issues at all and quick communication with host. Will definitely be returning when visiting the area to see our college student .
