Mountain View Hot Spring Resort

It was generally a pleasant stay. Needs improvement on the service but it is a good place to say

Wow what a wonderful place to stay and relax in hot water springs with an amazing view. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Amazing services Highly recommended specifically if you are already tired of your Whole trip stay here and relax in hot water springs it will remove your tiredness

They double billed food and beverage items. We noticed the beverage and got it reversed. Later found two food items were double charged

The air con was not working due to winter may be. But only fan and heater worked which was suffocating

Close to Bishkek

A) Room very basic and old furnitures B) We request to check out by at least 1:00 PM but hotel refused the request by saying 12:00 PM check out by policy . The hotel was not busy and not fully occupied but check-out time was not extended . C) menu for food limited D) water was provided inside room from tap water not in bottle. E) every room can hear neighbors room even for normal talks with noise echo of floors and rooms

Very pretty views of the mountains and fresh air, very large rooms, nice outdoor pool facilities. Nice simple breakfast options.

Could have been cleaner - distinct smell in the bathroom, full waste bin. There was still on going construction in the property but it did not disturb our sleep. Small details that could be worked on considering it is a hot spring wellness centre - lack of thermometers in the pools and sauna. For the price of rooms the spa/pool access should be later than 12 on the day of checkout.

The location is peaceful with lovely mountain views and a river flowing past the pools. The hotel is modern and I liked the traditional-style decor in the lobby. The restaurant food was excellent and they have a good selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks - we had lunch and dinner there. Breakfast as good. Staff were helpful and friendly, and in cases where they did not speak English we easily communicated using Google translate. It was easy to arrange a transfer / shuttle service to the airport through the hotel. There are multiple hot spring pools (some warmer than others), a heated indoor pool, outdoor pools, two indoor hot tubs, showers and a sauna. We stayed during the week- it was not too busy and we had ample opportunity to enjoy the pools and hot springs. Bathrobes and sandals that are needed for the pools are supplied in the rooms, which was very convenient. It was a lovely and relaxing experience, exceeded my expectations.

The room was nice, spacious and had lots of natural light, but the bed was slightly uncomfortable (hard) and an additional pillow would have been nice (however, I'm sure they would have provided it if we asked, but we were only there for one night so it was not a big deal). Some minor things I noticed that aren't very important: You cannot use the TV from the bed, there are no lamps near the bed (only the main light), and there was only one side table next to the bed.

The spa was excellent

The food was poor...in the evening we waited over an hour for two meals. It seemed that priority was given to groups.
