Hot springs. Great

Based on some bad reviews, we were worried and had low expectations. However, it turned out our stay was nice. We really enjoyed the hot springs and the big swimming pool (great for lap swimming). Most of the individual workers tried hard to give us good service. Bema, a server, in particular was always pleasant with a smile. She was very patient whenever we ordered--we had to use Google Lens to translate the menu from Russian to English Restaurant food was mostly good. Breakfast was great on two mornings, when they brought out more dishes.

Hotel operations were disorganized and inefficiently managed. No one tells you where the pools and hot springs are or where and at what time breakfast is served. There's no single map of the facilities.(Based on some reviews, I can tell some guests didn't find all the hot springs or the sauna). Breakfast offerings vary from day to day. Those who say the breakfast was simple or basic happened to stay on the wrong day or didn't stay long enough. They don't bring out all the dishes until 9:40 or later, so if you leave before that, you won't see all the dishes. But one day the samsa ran out at 9:15 and they never replenished it. So you have to stay there from 9 to 10 to fully enjoy the breakfast. However, on our last day breakfast offerings were so scarce--no juice, no kiefer, no samsa, no hot dishes. Not sure if they ran out of food stock?

We had a wonderful stay at Mountain View. The kindy upgraded us to a corner suite so the views from the room were spectacular. The breakfast was delicious and extensive and the staff was friendly and helpful.

There were issues with the internet on our last day but it wasn't a big deal.

The location is superb same as staff. Professional and polite they tried their best to make our stay bearable.

Well, where to start. This was my first complain to booking.com in over 10 years of regular trips. Hotel may be good in future but when we arrived it was not ready for guests paying triple the average price in Bishkek. This hotel should not have invited paying guests unless they just don’t care about the people and care only for dollars. Spa was not working on the hours advertised, communal areas were a construction plant and breakfast buffet was ice-cold because the majority of guests eaten at 5am for sohoor. We respect Ramadan, but equally expect some respect towards ourselves- eating ice-cold soup and drinking ice-cold coffee when you pay 100euros a night in Kyrgyzstan is a joke and rip off. We were not even been offered bread, water or juice at the breakfast buffet. Dinner was also an interesting one- we ordered tapaka chicken which is supposed to be a Georgian dish. It has been served with Korean kimchi, bbq sauce and raspberry jam? WTF I am half Georgian and wanted to treat my husband with my national dish. Guys, wake up and respect other cultures!!! We would have left from this place early but as it’s remote and we arrived late we had to stay. Eventually we left as early as possible and not even enjoyed a scenery because we felt sad and ripped off. Once again, the location and building is amazing and I hope the hotel improved their service otherwise it’s a disgrace to charge triple the price and provide mediocre service

Being in nature and the spacious feeling of the facilities. It was a very relaxing night away.

There are a lot of stairs and no ramp and one of our group had mobility issues. There were no lifts, so access felt like a strenuous activity.

Big and fascinating room! next to river! Gulnaaz, the manager was very helpful and was ready to go and beyond to support. Would also say about other staffs. Very helpful and ready to co-operate.

facilities were sub-par for the money we spent. Breakfast had limited options in general. Since we are vegetarians, we really had 3-4 options to choose from for lunch and dinner.

We loved the restaurant here - excellent food and good service. The room was large and even had a full sized fridge freezer! The indoor pool was a great size. Nice view of the mountains.

The bed was a bit hard.
