-First time that we saw bicycles for kids and it was really great ! The guardian was really kind also. - The rice fiels around are very lovely, great for a run, walk or cycling.

- Breakfast was quite disappointing, finally prefered to go to coffee shops.

La struttura è molto bella e gradevolmente integrata nella natura circostante. Apprezzabile la piscina pulita e scenografica. Il paese vicino è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi o con le biciclette messe a disposizione gratuitamente dall'hotel. I dintorni sono incantevoli.

Abbiamo prenotato un terzo letto in camera per il quale, giustamente, ci è stato richiesto un compenso aggiuntivo. Purtroppo il letto aveva un materasso talmente flaccido che si sentivano le singole molle. Veramente dormire su quel materasso era quasi impossibile. La colazione era sprovvista di macchinetta per farsi caffè, cappuccino... Erano disponibile le caraffe del caffè e tè caldo.

Es un muy buen hotel ubicado en un lugar paradisíaco, apartado de la ciudad y rodeado de campos de arroz. Las habitaciones y los baños están renovados y limpios, y el restaurante ofrece comida variada y de bastante calidad. El hotel proporciona bicicletas gratuitas durante todo el día.

El fin de semana, al ser un destino popular para los vietnamitas, está muy lleno y zonas como la piscina o el desayuno bufet pierden parte destino su encanto y tranquilidad.

Big bed Clean Friendly and helpful staff Good breakfast

The breakfast was very poor, there was not a lot of selection and there were flies on the food. The coffee was the worst I have had at a hotel and breakfast was poorly staffed. For the amount we were paying, we really expected a lot more. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

We checked in at 3 PM as planned and had informed the hotel in advance of our arrival. Unfortunately, there was no staff present to greet us in the lobby, and we had to wait. Upon reaching our room, we discovered that the extra beds we had requested were not ready, and staff were bringing them in while we were trying to settle in after a long morning of travel. When booking, the listing claimed there was a sofa bed in the living room, but this was misleading. The living room was much smaller than shown in the photos and did not include a sofa bed. Ultimately, we had to book an additional room separately, as the villa could not comfortably accommodate all 8 of us. The overall experience was disappointing. The hotel was understaffed, and the level of hospitality fell far below what we would expect from a 4-star property. We also found the prices to be unreasonably high compared to the quality of the services provided. There are several specific issues worth mentioning: While the hotel promotes having an "indoor pool," it turned out to be a very small area that hardly qualifies as a pool. The outdoor pool was a good size but lacked a lifeguard. Additionally, we had to wait over 20 minutes for staff to take our food and drink orders. Our room was infested with ants. One day, we returned to find a pizza we had left in the room completely covered in ants. The hotel staff were unhelpful when we tried to book tours, which we eventually had to book through a local travel agency. On a positive note, the hotel provides free bicycles for guests to use, which allowed us to go into town for meals and spend minimal time at the hotel. We were so dissatisfied with the experience that we actually considered leaving early. However, the hotel refused to offer any form of refund, so we had to stay for all four nights. Unfortunately, this stay negatively impacted our overall trip to Vietnam.

Chỗ nghỉ hơi hẻo lánh, nên lựa chọn ăn uống không có nhiều. Chủ yếu ăn trong resort là tiện nhất, nhưng giá hơi cao.

Grande chambre, très belle. L’hôtel pourrait être magnifique si il était mieux entretenu.

La vue de notre chambre sur un gros pylône électrique. La piscine est mal entretenue, papiers non ramassés, bains de soleil cassés, coussins tâchés, manque de personnel ? Petits déjeuners moyens, salle non climatisée, bruyante, pas agréable .
