Muy rica la pieza, muy servicial el personal. La piscina relajante. Desayuno muy bueno. Se podian arrendar bicicletas en el mismo hotel (gratis) y tambien gorros tipicos vietnamita. Bien ubicado cerca del centro de tam coc y a 10 min en bicicleta de mua cave. Nos encanto.

Servicio de lavanderia y masajes era muy caro en comparacion a los precios fuera del hotel.

Great property with solid facilities plus its location gave a lovely balance of peace and quiet but without being too far from the town of Tam Coc and the various sights in the area. For those who are comfortable on a scooter then I highly recommend renting one from the hotel and exploring with it however if you don't ride then access via car on the Grab app was readily available. The room size and layout was comfy and generous too.

During my stay I got the impression that the property was slightly under staffed, for example the pool bar was often unmanned despite several parties using the facilities. I will add that all of the staff I dealt with were happy and friendly towards myself and my family so no fault of theirs. One other small thing was that on one morning the buffet breakfast was changed over to a limited a la carte menu with no real explanation. Finally, the hotel only provides two small bottles of water per day without paying for more which is a bit rough IMO. None of these are the end of the world but they still count.

Beautiful enviroment, comfortable rooms, big swimming pool, and free-of-charge rentable bicycles.

The breakfast was a little too plain

Ein tolles Hotel, das etwas außerhalb von Ninh Binh liegt und daher sehr ruhig ist. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und schön gestaltet mit dunklem Holz. Wir hatten einen Balkon direkt über den Wasser, was super war. Das Resort befindet sich an der Flanke eines Karstfelsens, was einen unglaublich schönen Blick vom Pool aus gibt. Das Areal ist sehr grün und schön strukturiert. Man kann sich außerdem Fahrräder kostenlos leihen.
