Amazing tranquility and beautiful surroundings. The host was very welcoming from the onset with amazing staff as well. Beautiful scenery and great facilities. The hot tub is absolutely amazing and works well. Great breakfast and we enjoyed our stay overall! Will be making another booking in due time! Definitely value for money. See you soon!

The place was not so bad but we had to make a lot of requests which were of a standard nature. I mean who asks a hotel to bring in milk for them to make coffee? Those are general things and a supposed to be there all the time.

Prepare for clients if you know they have booked

Guys your place is beautiful and unique but place get it cleaned thoroughly, get some nice fragrances to smell nice, wash your mats and clean your swimming pool as well, we couldn't use it cause it was not clean and it's surrounding

Nice building but there is a lot to be done

The location of the place is amazing, you feel like you are at Kruger National Park not in Pretoria. The breakfast was also delicious and the host was very helpful. It is a very peaceful place. We had our own private balcony which was a bonus. Internet connection was super stable so we could enjoy Netflix and other streaming services. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were fresh. The views from the balcony are absolutely refreshing and the place is super safe.

The carpets from the entryway and staircase can do with some shampooing, cats roaming around is not good for people with allergies. We stayed in the presidential suite and our carpets were dirty and we had to roll them away as the dust was affecting us. (sinuses)

The pool was not clean They don’t even come and clean your room in the morning The whole place was dirty Stuff had to be reminded to do things No hot pool as promised It needs renovations honestly
