ZAZAI booked this property for my wedding night, and the management was informed almost two weeks in advance. The room and facilities were well below a 5-star standard, with significant issues in cleanliness and hygiene. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this directly with the property, my messages were ignored. I also contacted Booking.com, but the resolution offered did not reflect the value lost due to the misleading listing and unfulfilled services. This experience was extremely disappointing for such a special occasion. Future guests should be aware that the property’s standards and service may not match what is advertised.

Upon my arrival I immediately saw cockroaches and I informed the staff members she just smiled and said it is a first time she sees them. I then opened the bar fridge only to discover rotten milk and the fridge was off and smelly.
