The place was available online. When I paid I was told the place is under construction.
ZAEverything was well organised but we had to pay a deposit in order to get into the facilities.
I’m still waiting for secured fees and the owner is no longer communicating with me regarding what is due to me . She is ignoring my text and communicating.
ZAWe had some good and friendly communications with the host regarding some of the items that were not at the property according to the inventory lists provided, until it was time to reimburse our breakage deposit fee. The host kept R300 back of the R1000 upfront breakage deposit fee stating that it is for the cleaning lady. Even though we send the host proof of evidence that according to booking.com that the cleaning fee is included already in the accommodation booking, the host then stopped all communications with us. Disappointed that the host treated us in this dishonest manner- it has been almost a month now and still no word from the host regarding this matter.
