The smart lock on the door, it was so much a hassle to sort and organise. Would rather just prefer a key and lock.

Getting to the property the first time was a headache. Collecting the key and finding the property was a bit confusing as the app didn’t allow me to access the codes and the information on the property so i had to keep calling the owner.

NOGBGBProperty was as advertised on the photographs, really modern, bright and clean. Check-in and check out instructions emailed in plenty of time and collection of key really easy. Central for everything we needed and easy access for tram stop to Piccadilly or to Ethiad
Small thing but would have liked to have had live tv to watch although this wasn’t a problem at all.
