The property was excellent - 3 good size bedrooms were excellent for the 3 male golfers on the trip Parking was plentiful near property

Ideally one of the rooms would be en-suite to take pressure off bathroom - especially if all beds were capacity (6 people)

"Great place for a short break"

The property is beautifully presented and well fitted out. The welcome tray was a nice touch. There are plenty of electric heaters in all locations making sure the apartment is warm, much needed during our Twixmas break. Location was great to access all of the amenities in Porthcawl, being close to the beach and Esplanade. Supermarkets were nearby, a very short walk to the Co-op or an Aldi a little further out, but still walkable. Access to the apartment was easy, via electronic key pads, no keys needed which was a bonus. Correspondence from our hosts was great making check in and out easy and smooth.

Parking was a complete nightmare, we struggled to find a space which was a real let down after a 4 hour drive! The apartment is advertised on some sites as having allocated parking, it does not. You take your chances with on road parking, or a public car park the nearest of which is quite a walk away.

"It was OK. It was a stop off."

Breakfast was not provided.

It could have been cleaner. There was a mop and bucket in the lounge and a dirty tray in the oven. Also the place could have done with a little dusting.
