Clean and comfortable

Weeds spoiled the view and looked very unkept

Bed was a little high to get in and out of haha but was comfortable once init

Cleanliness, surroundings, ease of booking in and checking out.

The views were great and it was very quiet

We were meant to have a pod for 4 people, myself, my wife and my kids. I assumed that would be bunk beds and a sofa bed, but it turned out to be a double bed and a sofa bed. There were no undersheets to put on the sofa bed. There were 2 plates and 3 forks for our family of 4. The cups in the cupboard were dirty, and there was even a sign on the wall that warned not to use the hob and the kettle at the same time as the power might short (so would that be a known electrical fault??). There was also discarded Chinese takeaway packaging thrown over the side of the veranda.

It was absolutely stunning! The pod itself was spotless and such a lovely little home from home. The scenery was beautiful!!

Maybe it could benefit from a little morning coffee shop. Also a step for us shorties to get into bed.

Nothing

The presentation and layout of the pods was nice. The view was nice. The weather was nice.

There was no hot water at all. There was no soap, shower gel or hand wash. There was no teabags. We were only stopping one night and paid £164 (annoyingly the same pod was available for £99 by the day before our departure ) I know it's self catering but you wd generally expect a welcome pack and some soap in the bathroom. There were no staff to speak with about our concerns at all.
