"Unproper hotel"

When I arrived there the receptionist just tell me with an unfriendly face saying there is no room left. He simply redirect me to other branch and there is also no room for me and my family. The receptionist there told me the booking. Com system is not working good. The hotel actually did not look like a proper hotel with the rate given, it looks like a cheap motel. . I have to look for other hotel on that night. It was horrible.
