Cosy City Centre Apartment with Parking

Mold everywhere and it smelt and the tv was not working i was not happy about it

The property is not only disgusting, But a safety hazard worn mould in every room. The curtains are all broken and won't close in the bedroom. The mouldy heating system/ fan also is very noisy and unable to be turned off. The worktops and furniture in the whole place is covered in stains and marks and damaged. The bed has mould each side along the whole length of the floor. The kitchen is disgusting and has absolutely no cutlery in the drawers, the oven doesn't look like it's been cleaned for months. The shower head has mould on it , the windows frames and blinds are covered in mould. The "cleaner" left personal possessions in the property on return to make the bed when I was there. I was told check in was delayed due to the previous nights guests causing excessive cleaning time but the property had not been cleaned for a very long time. The Keynest collection property didn't even exist I had to find it myself, as the shops changed names. I absolutely do not recommend it is a health hazard

Great location near to the Arena, hot shower, clear instructions to get in (once we received them). Good sized apartment. Acceptable for a one night stay.

The parking is for evenings only, the apartment smelled strongly of air freshener like it was masking a cigarette smell possibly. Wallpaper was falling down, and the little treats left looked like they had melted and then reset, so didn’t feel tempted, and the tv didn’t have any channels, but we could sign into prime.

Very nice area to stay in. Staff were very friendly and helped us get the keys and everything towards the property.

The toilet wouldn’t flush and kept trickling water all night and day. No WiFi inside the apartment. The cutlery was dirty and stuck to the table. Run out of toilet roll, and punched hole inside the wall.

Very good location, pick up & drop off of the keys was easy enough.

Felt like it was someone else’s home that they had vacated for the night for us, wasn’t the cleanest. A lot of damage & scratches to walls, furniture ect. No light bulb for main light in the bedroom, strong smell of aftershave on entrance, random puddles of water in places like hallway and under the fridge freezer.
