Stylish Loft Apartment in central Perth

Very clean and smelled very nice Lovely and bright with lots of natural sunlight Extremely well equipped kitchen Everything you need is provided including things I wasn’t expecting and thoughtful additions like tea, coffee, sugar and milk doses, placemats etc Tastefully decorated throughout with lovely wall decorations and pictures Comfortable and spacious beds with lovely looking linen - maybe on the firmer side but still comfortable Plenty of storage in bedrooms Plenty of seating space in lounge Great location right off the high street with all the shops you need. There are at least 3 car parks nearby to use. This is a great place in every way and I was amazed at the level of detail. Highly recommend. Even the front door is lovely and I loved the place as soon as I stepped inside. I enjoyed sitting by the window in the lounge. It’s a peaceful and quiet place and we ended up staying an extra night. Very responsive and helpful host.

The flat was so clean. It was kitted out with everything we could need, even tea coffee and biscuits.It was attractive with nice furniture and decorations. Very comfortable and cosy. It is in a very convenient position.

The crumbs had not been taken out of the toaster!!

The host was very communicative and the TV worked flawlessly for us to watch one of the women's Euro's games. The kitchen is well equipped and the washing machine and dryer worked fabulously. It was even nice having a spare umbrella for us to use. The shower has it's own heating unit which made for nice hot showers.

The apartment was very outdated and old and maybe to be expected. The staircase up to the apartment is very dark and you do need to be careful. The alley you access the apartment usually smelled of urine and on our last day had a dead pigeon carcass in the middle of it. Not the apartment owner's fault by any stretch you just need to be aware. The apartment had everytyhing we needed, it just needs some TLC. The floors are uneven in sections and the main bed is very squishy. I prefer a firm bed so that's on me.
