Stylish Loft Apartment in central Perth

Great location and perfect size

I have stayed several times before. This time it was a joint celebration of Easter and picking up the keys to my forever home as I am moving to Perth. It should tell you a lot that despite the absolute joy of this life milestone, it was still a lump in throat moment when I had to leave probably for the final time, and I found myself thinking about staying again if disruptive work is ever needed in my own home. The space and facilities in this apartment are so welcoming, I slept well every single night of my two week stay despite a tendency to insomnia and being in the middle of such a busy time, and I might just have to get a curtain rail put up along a wall in my own place so that I can replicate those sweet fairy lights in the lounge. It still amazes me (a very lazy townie) every time that the curved staircase up to the apartment is so manageable with its broad, shallow steps; excellent design in a fascinating old building. And so central!

I loved the location and also how well appointed the apartment was.

Well resourced. Comfortable and homely. Nice touches.

No issues.

The location was convenient but finding it was very difficult. For future residents the property is found in the alleyway between Starbucks and Holland & Barrett, along the Hgh Street. Ozzes character, and well appointed accommodation with games, reading material and information file. Nicely decorated for Christmas which was a lovely touch. Lots of places to eat nearby.

Difficult to initially find, and advanced directions could be clearer although very much appreciated. Given the time of year and weather, access to some additional blankets would have been appreciated as the duvet were a little thin in the twin room

Really liked the location and decor with all the touches to feel like a home away from home, was so warm and cosy with stunning entryway. Host was fantastic and responsive Thanks again for a wonderful short stay and look forward to booking again later in the year.
