Excellent accommodation, comfortable bed, great location, very kind and helpful host.

Beautifully decorated with Ottoman touches, spotlessly clean & the washing machine was very handy. Great location walking distance from train station & minibus station to get buses to Ephesus & Sirince. Enis the owner was very helpful with local knowledge. Wewould definitely stay again if we were back in Selcuk.

Intricate thematic decorations, spacious apartment in my case with separate bedroom, outfitted kitchen for those self-catering, and a lovely balcony with beautiful views of the aqueducts (and stork nests!). Close to Selçuk city centre and not far from Ephesus.

Location was very convenient to key areas we wanted to visit during our stay. Host was very friendly and helpful. Parking was not an issue. View from the terrace was beautiful!

The area was a bit louder than we expected with local traffic/motorcycles and music up to around 11-12 most nights. The terrace was great but did have some dust accumulating in the kitchen area so cooking there was nice but required keeping the counters clean and not leaving plates or items out to gather dust.

The welcome and the kindness of the hosts and family members. Perfect location for the ancient sites. Spacious room with everything we need. Appreciated the water and fruit and thoughtfulness. Very central for cafes and restaurants and museum. Loved the time here and would return.

Nothing, everything was great. But be aware that in tourist season buses go up and down the hill outside.

I loved everything about the property. The host, Enis, was there to greet us despite arriving at a really inconvenient hour. He was extremely helpful and friendly. We rented the 3rd floor which had 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. It was spacious with an open air kitchen and living room with views. We were traveling for 4 weeks and it was by far our favorite lodging. I highly recommend this facility if you are staying in Selcuk!

The family friendly host was phenomenal! The three bedroom apartment was CLEAN, spacious and artistically decorated. The bathrooms were modern and very functional. The open air covered balcony with unobstructed views of aquaduct ruins is a comfortable and spacious kitchen, dining and common area. Enis, Marco and Ali were gracious hosts with conversational command of english, providing practical guidance from tourist destinations to traditional restaurants frequented by local patrons. We look forward to returning simply because of the welcome and hospitality we received.

We absolutely loved our stay of 3 nights in this beautiful property whilst visiting Ephesus and the surrounds. The rooms have so lovingly been thought out with attention to detail and authentic charm ie hand crafted sheets, Turkish tiles, handmade doors and lovely rugs. Modern bathrooms with great finishes. Well equipped kitchen incl washing machine! Balconies which overlook the historical Roman aqueduct, Selcuk’s castle and St John’ Basilica. Beautiful. All an easy walk away, including the Artemis Temple and the Ephesus Museum. If you are lucky the storks may be in town. The hosts are welcoming and cannot do enough for you, including great recommendations for local food and unique souvenirs. Highly recommend staying here as this made our trip to Ephesus even more memorable. Thanks for having us Enis and Marcus.

Super cozy and nice apartment, equipped with all the necessary, tidy and clean . Hosts were super helpful and caring. Good location (with beautiful view in front of Roman ruins)
