Newly Renovated Flat with Parking space

Hi spec, very clean and comfortable

On a personal level as my dad has recently needed a wheel chair just the getting in and out more my ability than the property

The apartment fulfilled all our expectations. It is a well-maintained modern unit with nice finishing touches. Beyond the unit, it had convenient parking, a large supermarket (with parking) a two-minute walk away and was just a 12-minute pleasant walk to the cathedral. Mariya provided helpful restaurant recommendations and complete self-check in instructions.

Just as described. The flat is very modern and well equipped. Close to shops and ten minutes from the centre and cathedral.

We had some difficulty finding the lock box. Our code was not correct. This was a problem with communication, possibly with Booking .com. We did get immediate assistance after phoning.,so were satisfied with this. Although we parked as instructed,we received a parking ticket. Again this was resolved so hopefully not a problem for other people .

It was clean, luxurious and comfortable! Mariya was easy to communicate with and any problems we had she was extremely accommodating!

This is a lovely modern flat in a great area within a short walk of the centre of Canterbury. The facilities were great and there were a lot of small touches that you don't normally get in a short term rental which were appreciated. The shower in the en suite was lovely. I would not hesitate to recommend this flat and hope to stay there again when we next visit Canterbury.
