Newly Renovated Flat with Parking space

Everything! You can tell the owners of this property have thought about everything to make their guests’ stay as comfortable as possible with good quality appliances, fittings and fixtures. Mariya the host, was very responsive from the point of booking and so accommodating on the day of check-out. The location is fantastic, a 5 minute walk from Canterbury East station, but for those who don’t mind walking, you can also walk from Canterbury West in around 15 minutes. Aldi is less than 2 minutes away and the centre of town is also a 10-15 minute walk. Very convenient!

Lovely modern apartment, very clean and comfortable with great facilities, very short walk into town

The communal hallways were very dark in the evenings and lights didn’t come on automatically which made checking in slightly more difficult and confusing. Instructions for parking and check in could also be a little bit clearer.

Beautiful apartment finished to a very high standard which was modern and stylish. The host was very helpful providing comprehensive instructions on how to find and enter the property. Detailed information was also provided at the apartment.

The apartment was immaculately clean with comfortable beds, nice bedding and towels, the things we needed for our baby (crib and high chair) and had a dedicated parking spot right across from the flat door. It was quiet on the top floor for good sleeping conditions

The location was great in terms of being very near the city centre, but the development itself was interesting with a mix of social housing with some characters around that didn’t make us want to walk home in the evening from our dinner. In the day, we felt very comfortable walking into town and it was honestly a 5 min walk. The flat itself is not necessarily reflective of the development; it is incredibly nice with no expense spared on modern appliances and decor.

location was good just a short walk to the city center , 10 mins approx. There is a shop very close to the property for any food or drink items you require. The apartment was very clean and modern. good lighting and very warm .

An information and guest book would be nice to have. Also would be good to have a coat stand or hooks in the hallway.

It was well located within easy walking distance of the town centre. It had been very recently and very neatly renovated. Was spotlessly clean, well furnished and exceptionally well fitted out. It had great Wi-Fi and is one of those apartments that was all the pictures were made out to be.

The block itself , although clean and well situated, belied how good the apartment was. It was not bad, just not nearly as modern as the apartment in the block.

General decoration and presentation was great. Decorated to a high spec. Really lovely place to stay and very comfortable. Bathrooms were really good. Would recommend.

The building front door, wasn’t great. Didn’t always lock even after trying to slam shut. The property front door didn’t always seem secure either although did get used to the lock after a few try’s and seemed fine after that.
