Tollbooth Townhouse Close to Tidal Pool

The location was super

Was very cold on arrival …would have been more welcoming had the heating been put on especially on a dark cold winter night

there was no starter kit for the woodburner downstairs

Very specisl little town house.The property was immaculate, beautifully presented and had lots of amenities. Very comfortable and cosy. It was also steps from the most gorgeous little harbour. Wonderful and will def visit again.

Only very minor points it didn't have a proper grill pan top or a fish slice. It made making breakfast a little tricky.

A beautiful property in a lovely location. On our autumn trip we..swam in the tidal pool..ate an amazing seafood meal at the wonderful East Pier smokehouse (see Jay Rayner's review)... ate a fabulous breakfast at Bearn at the Bowhouse.. also at Bowhouse we bought delicious supplies and checked out crafts at the weekend market... we walked the coast and we saw the ancient church and history museum in St Monan's. It was a brilliant three nights, and being based in a wonderful property with great views, comfortable rooms and a reliable kitchen made it even better.

Perfect location, loved the space available and the beds/pillows were so comfy!

Exceptional townhouse, opposite the Giddy Gannet! St Monans is truly beautiful. So quiet and peaceful. Would book again without hesitation.
