"Nice property but not a welcome management company - can’t recommend"

Nice, clean property in excellent location

Management company attitude- multiple texts reminding us not to check in before check in time and to check out before the check out time. Policies like £25 charge if you forget anything, £50 if your late checking in etc. appreciate some guests don’t behalf well but to assume you’d from all guests is really off putting. Won’t stay in properties again managed by this company.
