"Great location for exploring Liverpool city."

Free parking and close to the city centre. Apartment was modern and clean. Local area was quiet and we slept really well.

We had to work out how to switch the boiler on to get hot water. Worked fine once the boiler was on.

"Great property, poor communication"

Property itself lovely

Check instructions weren't present. Had to ring when we arrived and host didn't answer. Took nearly half hour of standing in the rain with our bags to find out that we had to go for 20 minute walk to a shop "round the corner" to pick up the keys and then walk 20 minutes back. If we were sent check-in instructions prior we could've saved this extra journey

Boarded up bedroom window (with no explanation) No communication until the morning if the stay Key location wasn’t ideal - it’s a 15 min walk away or a short drive away Apartment was a bit cold but no instructions about heating

The location and the facilities were fantastic. Very clean! Communication with the host was great on the day of checking in.

I think due to the mattress not being a deep one/firmer one like we are used to it wasn't the comfiest but fine for a short break
