Baltic Dockside Apartment, Free Parking

It was quiet and clean, location was perfect, free parking was a huge bonus, view was lovely. Apartment was so cosy and it was so clean. We will definitely book again, we felt very safe and secure in the apartment

Picking up the keys was really easy, but having to go round to the go local shop to pick up and drop off was a pain because parking was difficult, it would have been better if there was a combination on the apartment, so maybe give the code to enter the building then a combination lock near the door to the apartment would be much better in my opinion

The apartment was very clean.

The bed was very small and uncomfortable. Even the sofa was uncomfortable. I ended up sleeping on the floor. Upon arriving at the property we received a message informing us that we should collect the keys from a convenience shop around 700m away. We had to walk there with our luggages. On our departure we informed the owner that we were leaving very early at 3:00am and he insisted that we should return the keys to the same convenience store from where we collected them. This was very unconvenient to have to walk in the middle of the night to return the keys.

Very spacious apartment, lovely location and free car park.

Awful- we couldn’t get in . Another person staying there said it was “full of rent boys and prostitutes” and we were not to make any noise as his room was “near the door “.

The view

The flat is in a block up many flights, the rest of the block smoke weed & party until 3am. Heating didn't work, neither did the shower. Although that was hand for hanging clothes in as there was no shower. Holes punched in the walls, it looks like a half decent estate it's in but I'm not sure now. Got to the flat to then receive a message saying go further into the estate to find a newsagent to pick up the key. The owner of the room was very annoyed via text, told us to go if we weren't happy!

Location, distance to city centre and m and s bank arena

Owner was not very responsive, sent a message regarding boiler and how to get heating on and they never replied, sent a message about a leak in the kitchen and they never replied. Bathroom only has a shower head connected to taps, and not a shower as such , was difficult to get temperature correct and there was hardly any power to the water. Lighting in the apt itself could be better, only 2 lamps and an overhead tracking light that had a few bulbs needing replaced. On the Cooker the imprint for oven/grill icons has been rubbed off and have to fiddle about with it to see what one is what. Had trouble getting out the dedicated car parking space as someone had parked in front of us blocking us in, had to call on buzzers of other apts to find out who's car it was. Not ideal if your looking to get away quickly.

It was very clean and presentable

The light in the living room seemed too dark. The kitchen light when turned on meant having to reset the oven everytime. There was also a leak coming from behind the dishwasher after using the tap and kitchen sink.

Nothing as I didn't even get to stay

The fact I had to make over a 100 calls to the number provided for no one to pick up. There were no keys to get into the apartment or any info about the keys

Key collection and drop off not convenient, far from flat. Mattress uncomfortable. Hole in the wall Broken shower switch in bathroom

The apartment itself was lovely overall just few minor things Great location, decorated to a good standard. Had all cutlery,dishes etc you would need. Easy access to wifi

Lack of information of how to get key and enter property before arrival abit of a hassle. Had to ring twuce getting diverted to voicemail before receiving a text to confirm details of going to separate location to collect key and different entry code to what was shown on confirmation. Would have expected couple of complimentary tea, coffee , milk Felt like once inside apartment maybe a small note as to how to control heating would help. Apartment had what looked like punch hole in one wall and socket in bathroom was hanging off.
