The Spitalfields Suite at Ryedale House

Good location, close to visit venues and town centre. Clean and spacious apartment with all facilities you need.

Booking.com has sent me an email with the number to contact that was not relevant before the stay, which confused me. When I contacted I was advised this number is only to be used if something is not right during our stay, but I was trying to contact prior to obtain check-in information.

Good size rooms brilliant location

Couldn’t get on site parking but noticed a lot of empty spaces, however the car park recommended was fine

Fantastic location and building beautiful inside. Great comms from the owner and I liked the self serve access to the building. The apartment was lovely and well equipped. Great price and we had a lovely break

No bin bags were supplied, which was surprising as it was really well equipped otherwise. There was food in the freezer from a previous guest. Also there were a couple of things under one of the beds such as the lid from a bottle, making me think it wasn't as clean as it looked. The windows were really dirty and being on the 6th floor, I could understand that but some of them opened inwards, so could have been cleaned. There was dirty water sitting in the bottom of the dishwasher so not sure if it was broken/blocked

The only slightly negative thing I could say was that check in at four and check out at ten does not make for much time if staying one night. I think the usual check in/out times of 2 or 3 and check out at 11 would be fairer. Considering we are asked to get rid of rubbish I don’t think it would take 6 hours to clean.

Great apartment. Very clean and well stocked with toiletries. Great location.

The decor and location were great.

The complementary toiletries were empty in the en suite bathroom so had to purchase what we needed, the shower in the ensuite nob was broken and the extractor fan didn't work so the fire alarm went off in the bed room everytime we had a shower.

Beautiful apartment, well equipped, great location within the city centre, 2 en-suite bathrooms is a bonus as well as a third toilet, easy to follow instructions in finding the keys in the safe cupboard,

easily fits 4 adults in the apartment but the seating in the living room area was slightly inadequate - 1 settee and a small armchair
