Everything was good about the stay. Workers didn’t stay around the front desk very much. Waited 15 to 20 minutes to get a room key, and drop my room key off to check out. Also the shower head was broken so had to work with what we had.

Room was very dark. Light bulbs burnt out. Couldnt watch tv except 1 channel bc tv/remote broken. My car alarm went off during night. First night there someone went around and knocked on all doors at midnight. Breakfast was ok at best. Didnt restock milk and went to make cereal and there was only a splash left. I used to stay in this hotel when it was Days Inn. It seemed better off before remodel. No one ever at desk. Beds were comfortable.

The phone, TV& the toilets, don’t work. Have to take off the back of toilet to flush. TV connection has the plug pulled out of wall, very dangerous looking, and there is no ice bucket. Housekeeper gave me a plastic bag but there is no way to hold it under the fill to collect ice. I want a refund of some kind
